To Whom It May Concern,
It has been my honor to work with Jane Adler in the area of Occupational Health and Safety for almost ten years. From our first meeting as an OSHA Training Institute Instructor I could tell that her shop, Facial Art by Jane, had established a safety and health protocol that I had never seen in any tattoo, piercing or ‘body art studio that I have visited. The safety and health technique that Jane has established rivals that of many of the medical clinics that I have worked with across the United State. Her procedures should be emulated by others in her profession.
In an industry that has been unregulated for so very long it is important to recognize the steps that leaders such as Jane have taken. By researching and enacting the procedures for Blood Borne Pathogens and other safety measures Jane has created a model that the industry should embrace. She has continuously improved not only her own operation and shop, but those of other artists who sought her advice and knowledge. As an authorized OSHA Outreach trainer she has presented superb training that is only now being required by various states to ensure the health of customers, clients and the general public. Jane has been ahead of the ‘power curve’ on this one for years.
I heartily recommend Jane Adler to anyone who is in need of any type of safety training, especially in the field of Blood Borne Pathogens. She is, without a doubt, the most informed and influential person in her field that I have ever had the pleasure to work with.
